Well, the first day, out of the oven with butter and honey was decent. Pretty good, spongey texture. The next am, I toasted some and put peanut butter and honey. Did not like that combo. . .really didn't like it. Combo? Day old? Couldn't eat it.
I love almonds, but haven't used almond butter too much. I have a friend who loves almond butter bread. Another who loves almond butter and is looking forward to trying the bread.
Take two on almond butter bread. Tried it again tonight and again liked it toasted with butter and honey. Maybe almond butter, eggs and peanut butter is just too nutty?!?!
